PARIS FASHION WEEK
Farm Girl Frills, Folk Fabrics, and Oprah: Dara Takes Us To Chloé FW26

Olivia Rodrigo and Oprah Winfrey.
Good morning! It’s Chloé day, so we’re at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris to see some very chic Parisienne girls. Mel pumped in with superstar Olivia Rodrigo looking fresh as a daisy in a peach silk slip. She took her seat next to veritable it-girl collaborateur Petra Collins, who was wearing one of the fab floral sets from last season. Next to all of them, in a rare runway appearance, Oprah Winfrey with bestie Gayle King. We asked her when the last time she went to a fashion show. She said 2005. Oprah’s back baby! Fellow American icon Brooke Shields was also in the house and on the moodboard. Creative Director Chemena Kamali has folk fabrics and community on the mind which made for a very cozy collection of fuzzy shearling boots, farm girl floaty ruffled dresses and chunky knit flannels. The girls walked out into a sea of fog like we were on the moors. Iconic Chloé girl Raquel Zimmerman closed the show. A mini yellow sweater dress had me and Collier Schorr gagged. She whispered over to me after a few of the first looks came out, “Girls are gonna love these clothes.” By the looks of the front row, the girls really will.
