Christina Aguilera is back with new music

Christina Aguilera is back today with the release of her first song in six years, “Accelerate.” The pop princess has dropped her new Kanye-produced bop ahead of the release of her eighth LP, Liberation, and it veers away from the bubblegum territory she occupied back in the ’90s.
“Accelerate” features Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz, and is accompanied by a colorful video directed by Zoey Grossman in which Xtina playfully laps up milk and gets slimed. The rest of Liberation (RCA Records)—her highly-anticipated follow-up to 2012 album Lotus—hits shelves June 15, 2018 and includes songs featuring Demi Lovato and Keida & Shensee. It will also include another Kanye-produced track that combines the Sound of Music song “Maria” with Michael Jackson samples.
