Happy Tuesday! Here’s our compendium of pop-culture news you may have missed while you were doing more important things over the Presidents’ Day weekend.
• Justin Bieber cut his hair(!!!!), and will be auctioning off snippings for multiple charities. Somehow the world has continued turning, but we’re not sure for how much longer. [TMZ]

• Though I Am Number Four was widely predicted to win this weekend’s box office, Liam Neeson thriller Unknown edged it out of the number-one spot, with $21.8M. Number Four eked out $19.4M; Gnomeo and Juliet, Just Go With It, and Big Mommas: Like Father Like Son rounded out the top 5. [BOM]
