Saint Laurent Does Valentine’s Day the Goth Way

When looking at photographs of Derek Ridgers— portraits of the studded, shaved, and inked denizens of London’s streets and clubs—”romantic” is likely not the first word that comes to mind. 

But Anthony Vaccarello, the Belgian visionary at the helm of Saint Laurent, would beg to differ. This Valentine’s Day, a selection of the British photographer’s works will be on view in Paris and Los Angeles at Saint Laurent Rive Droite, the Parisian label’s gallery space. The exhibition, curated by Vaccarello, features a selection of bespoke floral arrangements of dark velvety roses, exquisite chocolates and a limited selection of gold and silver charms. The result, a lusty celebration of all things amorous, is not to be missed.
