Common Projects are the handy shoe company that give you well-crafted, generic shoes with the discreet. We mean generic in the best of ways; they do anonymity for an age over-loaded with technology, as each pair comes with that nifty gold number on the outside of the heel But we were uncommonly surprised when we got these high-tops in the mail. While in previous seasons Common Projects have done high-tops in leather and suede, this one’s a tech fiber like you’d normally wear for snowboarding, or some other winter, water-resisting activity. It’s durability for an era that needs it spectacularly.
