The New York Cinema Society & Laura Mercier screening of Conviction Tuesday night was an affair every bit as glamorous as we've come to expect from the Cinema Society, the brainchild of Andrew Saffir. The afterparty, at the Soho Grand, played host to a reunion of sorts: Hilary Swank, who stars in Conviction, caught up with her P.S. I Love You co-star Gerard Butler, who partied all night and was the last to leave. Calvin Klein, Jane Fonda, John Mayer, Paul Haggis, Courtney Love, Josh Groban, Beth Ostrosky Stern, and many others joined in to celebrate the film and enjoy Appleton Estate Rum cocktails and snacks.
