Interview brought together our close friends and partners for a private dinner to toast our new president, Dan Ragone. The celebration was held at the rustic West Village hotspot De Santos. Guests enjoyed organic Italian home-style dishes by chef Aldo Alo such as roasted baby chicken with fresh tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and Tuscan bread, a Trofiette with mixed mushrooms, spicy Italian sausage, shallots and shaved parmesan, and a grilled salmon with yellowsquash, zucchini, couscous and saffron broth. The venue was complemented by elegant simple bloom accents by In Bloom New York. After hours, guests ventured downstairs to The Janis, the basement of the De Santos townhouse, once frequented by Janis Joplin. The crowd danced into the early hours to music by Woofgang, the trio made up of Celine Danhier, Delphine Danhier, and Audrey Lefevre.
