Mormon Mothers Love Suki Waterhouse
Who has Suki Waterhouse got her eye on? The Mormon mothers who follow her on Twitter, a few Desperate Housewives, and our very own editor in chief, according to the London-born model and musician herself. Waterhouse, who is releasing her debut studio album, I Can’t Let Go, this Friday, is currently gearing up to join her label-mate Father John Misty this summer on his North American tour. All eyes are on Waterhouse—but that’s something that the veteran it-girl is more than accustomed to. Below, we asked Waterhouse a few questions about her own stalking habits, her guilty television pleasures, and her preferred methods for getting our attention.

INTERVIEW: What did you watch last night?
SUKI WATERHOUSE: I just discovered the reality TV show Pretty Wild with the girl from the Bling Ring. But I fell asleep watching a video of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis in their kitchen with Vitalik Buterin which was weirdly enthralling.

WATERHOUSE: Stalkers.

INTERVIEW: Do you like being watched?
WATERHOUSE: Yes. More so in private than publicly.
INTERVIEW: Do you watch what you eat?
WATERHOUSE: Yeah but not like crazy. I’m a lot less dysmorphic than I used to be.

INTERVIEW: What’s your favorite channel?
WATERHOUSE: Oxygen TV for trashy American murders.
INTERVIEW: Do you ever feel like you’re being surveilled?
WATERHOUSE: Yeah, but I wish it had more of an impact on me. If it forced me to leave the house always looking fabulous, that would be great.
INTERVIEW: Who do you love?
WATERHOUSE: My funny boyfriend.
INTERVIEW: Who do you follow?
WATERHOUSE: Julia Hobbs, Evan Ross Katz, Mel, Jeremy O. Harris.

WATERHOUSE: I told my makeup artist I liked the look.
INTERVIEW: What’s the last thing you got in trouble for?
WATERHOUSE: I woke up with a laptop cord around my neck, which was more of a troubling situation than an in-trouble situation. I try to avoid getting in trouble at all these days.
