Inde Navarrette Is Your New Obsession

Inde Navarrette’s performance in Obsession is so visceral, so terrifying, that the movie can barely contain it. In the Curry Barker-directed horror, the 25-year-old Tucson native plays Nikki, a young woman whose coworker makes a supernatural wish for her to fall in love with him and gets much more than he asked for. What Navarrette does with that premise, toggling between charming normalcy and something genuinely frightening, has earned her an instant place in the canon of great horror performances. So before the film debuts this weekend and makes her a star, we figured now was the right time to ask her a few questions.
