Ann Demeulemeester: Bird of Her Own Feather

Ann Demeulemeester doesn’t go by halves. Not only did she put her men in thick black feather boas, by the end of the show they looked ready to fly with the crows in feathery vests. There’s also shaved mink for cowl collars and a Demeulemeester bathrobe coat that is unusually luxurious for the rock chic that Ann is. For the rest, she was in classic form, droopy vests, ¾ jackets, shirts with cuffs that fall romantically over the hands, sloppy cardigans and parrot trooper boots in shiny black leather.
