Lipps Service: Dine on This
In our Friday feature, Lipps Service, One Model Management owner Scott Lipps shares photos from his fabulous life with us once a week, right here. This week, Scott braved Times Square to see Robin Zander of Cheap Trick sing some old favorites—not quite as good as the full band in their prime, but good enough. Then it was off to Brooklyn Bowl for, you guessed it, bowling with the ONE Management staff and some Blue Ribbon sushi. Scott’s team lost, but they were strong in spirit. After another dinner, this time at The General downstairs in their jazz room, it was time for some more rock music, so Scott visited his friends Green Day for their show at the Barclays Center and hung out with Mike Dirnt and his wife Brittney. Another dinner with Michael Strahan of Live with Kelly and Michael (and those taxi ads where he flexes his pecks for Live with Kelly and Michael) and friends. Wednesday was a whirlwind, with Scott attending Helena Christensen’s Kipling bag launch, Gary Clark, Jr.’s show at John Varvatos on the Bowery, and the opening of new restaurant Los Americanos in Tribeca with Sienna Miller, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Norman Reedus, et al. We hope Scott will get some rest over the weekend, but he probably won’t.
