According to the calendar, it’s nearly Labor Day—but according to New York City’s sunny skies and 77-degree temperature, summer isn’t quite over yet. To celebrate the season’s last hurrah, we asked Joe Manganiello—who plays heartthrob werewolf Alcide on HBO’s True Blood—to put together a “Dog Days of Summer” playlist for us. “It’s a mix of some old stuff, and some new stuff, and some in-between stuff,” he says by way of explanation.
