HOPPER: Did you study with anyone? Or did you just pick it up through association?

STEWART: No, I just walked into it.

HOPPER: You learned it there. That’s the best place to learn. I saw Panic Room again last night.

STEWART: Really? I haven’t seen that in so long. That was the second movie I ever made. Thank god Jodie Foster did that movie because I wasn’t thinking about anything on that set. I was literally just hanging out with her and being myself. I can’t think about watching that—it would kill me. It would be like watching a home movie.

HOPPER: But you’re so good in it. Did you go to school while you were working as a kid?

STEWART: I went to public school up until junior high. I know it’s a little late and I’m a little old, but I just finished high school—with honors. The other day I was doing a graduation scene on Eclipse, and I had just finished high school myself the week before, so I told the crew, “Hey, just so you know, I’m actually graduating right now, and I’m not going to have another ceremony.” So I took a mock picture with an extra. I literally asked the actor to come back and shake my hand and hand me the diploma while I was dressed in a cap and gown.

Fanning, and he knows her as well, so it was cool. I actually hadn’t seen him in a couple of years. So it was sort of a trip because I’m different and he’s not. You know what I’m saying?

When I first saw Kristen in Twighlight, I thought wow, she is cute. Then I read an article selling New Moon where her co-actor was talking about her that got me interested in knowing more about Kristen. Obviously these are just films and you can't base a judgement about a person based on a character in a film but I wanted to try and get to know something about Kristen rather than just a good looking actress with talent. Being in cinema since a child, I have to admit I was expecting someone shallow but after reading a few interviews I am very surprised at the depth Kristen has. The biggest problem is trying to work out what is coming from her and what is made up by the tabeloids. I feel like I have a hundred questions and none of them are Twighlight related. I am specifically interested in what her co-actor said and in knowing if there is any truth in her passion for French literature and cinema. When I read that I nearly dropped my laptop that a 19 year old could be interested in some

I bought the magazine. I believe the interview was very good. I feel Kristen is a great actor and doing a very good job with being so busy and handling all the hype that comes with it.
Kristen, be true to yourself and enjoy life. Very good job.

I think that Kristen Stewart is incredibly talented young lady. I read her interview in Allure and I felt sorry for her with all the crap she has to deal with. Being a teenager is hard enough. Kristen just remember that the only person you have to worry about pleasing is the one in the mirror. During interviews, just say what is in your heart and if it isn't what people want to hear tough shit! Looks like you have a good friendship with Nikki, keep your friends close, that is what will get you through life.Keep doing what you love and love what you do! Don't let anyone change you!!!

I see Kristen as a beautiful young lady and soon will be out there more, with her talent just showing more and more. My daughter and I just god finish watching The Cake Eaters- Kristen has shown how great of an actor she is in playing the role Georgia- I love how she puts herself in all her movies... I also wanted to add how she has changed my life in a great way, her words "own what you want to own and keep it to yourself" has changed my life.. I hope someday to share my story , So Kristen if you see this , I hope someday to share my story on youve helped me through this year and many more years to come. Keep doing what youre doing no matter what everyone- I know youre strong!! :)

i think she is a beautiful talented young woman thats coming into her own. i love say screw the bullshit and live your life. i like too pictures the most the one with her holding her middle finger and the one where she's wering the white lace dress is awesone. i am one of those people who don't listen to the talobid rumors, gossips, etc. screw them real people work and have good decent jobs. peace.

In so many interviews by the cast, they keep mentioning that 11 yr old girls are the reading the books and seeing the movies, I wish they would understand that women of all ages love the Twilight series.

It's nice to see an intelligent piece of interviewing and reporting. Ms. Stewart caught my attention numerous years back when my sons and I watched 'Catch that Kid'. But what drew me to her ability as a phenomenal actress was her portrayal of a diabetic youth in Panic Room. My son is diabetic and has endured the trauma of acute hypoglycemia. Her performance had me in tears; I had to stop the movie. I can understand why she was choosen for 'Bella', the depths of pain and emotion she brings to the screen is beyond realistic. She is definitely in touch with who she is as a person and obviously has a strong support system at home. Her confidence and self-assurance is commendable. I also hear she graduated with Honors while making 'Eclipse'. What an accomplishment! That's difficult enough as it is without traveling between countries, making public appearances and learning scripts. Bravo Kristen, you should be very proud of your many accomplishments at such a young age.

Awesome interview with Kristen Stewart! I am a very big fan of hers and of Robert Pattinson, I hope Dennis interviews Robert. The pics are great, she is a very beautiful girl!!!! I can't wait for the New Moon movie to be released and wait anxiously for Breaking Dawn.

I came into watching the Twilight movies and reading the books way into the phenomenal hype etc. and I am head over heels with the performances, the books and the story( I am like a Twilight mom wanna be) . I deeply love the way Kristen performs as Bella. Kristen performance embodies Bella. She does the character a great service and I appreciate how much of herself she gives to this character. I like seeing through her eyes. I have noticed she acts a lot with a subtle gestures and nuances. I like her face and she conveys points with few words. She is also like a hottie and cleans up so well. Good job Kristen and keep giving loads of your self to your roles it is greatly appreciated.

Kristen Stewart is as strong, if not stronger, than any other 18/19 year old GIRL out there. She's an amazing actress who's still SO young but has all ready been in so many films. She wasn't a super star before Twilight and still she was completely dedicated; throwing herself into film after film and really bringing each of the characters to life. I'm sad they didn't mention Cake Eaters in here. Her portrayal of that unfortunate girl was amazing.
This interview just tore me apart. It's SO sad. Happy Birthday, welcome to adulthood, congrats on your OWNING the world with your new movie, now excuse us while the public and papparzi LOCK you in your hotel room for the next 3-5 years! OMG!
How many people are in local theater groups, chorus', choirs', etc just because it's FUN and they enjoy doing it? Not everyone is out to be "famous." She was doing what she enjoyed and then this just exploded on her. I wish I could steal her away to my house, in the middle of the

Love the interview and look forward to reading it in its entirety. Kristen is such a rarity in young hollywood. I love her acting, not just in Twilight though I have to admit that is where I became a fan. But I love that she is real and doesnt give a damn what anyone thinks of her. I hope that never changes! Fuck yeah Kristen! Thanks for the insite and giving us a rare glimps of her. BTW, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pics. Amazing!

I think that Kristen is amazing. I honestly believe that she could very well be one of the best actresses of our generation. Her film choices and performances in the roles are extraordinary. I admit that I am a huge Twilight fan, but even before she became "BELLA", I would see any movie that she was in. I hope that she is right, and that all of this over-the-top attention is fleeting. She deserves to be able to live her life and enjoy it. She gives so much of her self to us in the fantastic work that she does, she should be able to keep something for her self.
