Spike Jonze’s new film, Her, is a futuristic (slightly) romance (sort of) about a lonely, soon-to-be-divorced writer (he ghostwrites heartfelt letters for other people) who finds love (or some approximate variant thereof) anew (or maybe not) with an artificially intelligent computer operating system (with Scarlett Johansson’s voice). And then things get complicated.
