For our Summer 2026 cover story, Madonna slips into the role of De De, “a fun, hard-living broad who drank prosecco, did her hair big, and blasted the Stones.” But every great character needs a soundtrack to bring them to life. A perfect configuration was built between Madonna herself, Interview’s Mel Ottenberg and lighting technician David López Osuna.
