“Polaroid was what Instagram is today: a phenomenon that reflects a need of the society. Everybody likes to capture the moment and make it last through a picture,” says Yasu Michino, who created a custom version of his label’s Squarit bag for this month’s Andy’s Candy. “For Andy Warhol, a Polaroid picture was his way to share a thought, to tell a story, and also to leave behind his experience.”
