While Paris Fashion Week sent many stars fleeing the City of Trash for the City of Love, plenty stayed behind to fuel all our Star Map curiosities. Here, we’ve tracked the best of the best star sightings, outfits, and other famous-ish things, making news across New York City’s five boroughs during the week of March 4th — starting with yet another Pete Davidson tattoo.
PETE DAVIDSON at TOP SHELF TATTOOS, QUEENS
On his seemingly endless post-Ariana tattoo spree, Pete Davidson has been seen at yet another tattoo shop, this time Top Shelf Tattoos in Queens. Possibly his biggest one yet, the unicorn tattoo covers nearly his entire arm. Never stop inking, Pete. Or making out in public.
BRIE LARSON and ANETTE BENING at BROOKFIELD PLACE, BATTERY PARK, MANHATTAN
Brie Larson walked the red carpet at the premiere of her new movie Captain Marvel, the studio’s first female-led superhero film — with a custom hot pink “Captain” clutch in tow, in case you forget. Larson was in good company: fellow Oscar-nominated actress Annette Bening, who also stars in the film, joined her at the Henry R. Luce Auditorium at Brookfield Place. “It is a movie about female power because it stars Brie Larson,” Bening told PIX11. “So the girls are taking over.” Indeed.
ADAM DRIVER, ETHAN COEN, KEVIN BACON, AND CHRIS ROCK at SOHO PLAYHOUSE, SOHO, MANHATTAN
Kevin Bacon, Adam Driver, Ethan Coen, and Chris Rock were among the big names who gathered at SoHo Playhouse for the premiere of the Off-Broadway iteration of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s acclaimed BBC show Fleabag — proof that there really is such thing as Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon.
ISABELLE HUPPERT at THE MCKITTRICK HOTEL, CHELSEA, MANHATTAN
French film icon Isabelle Huppert was seen on Friday night at New York nightlife empresario Susanne Bartsch’s “Bartschland Follies,” a recurring cabaret show at the McKittrick Hotel in Chelsea. We can only hope the ever-dignified Huppert got onstage with the drag queens and fire-breathers.
ROGER ALVARADO, TAYLOR SWIFT’S STALKER at TAYLOR SWIFT’S TOWNHOUSE, TRIBECA, MANHATTAN
Upon his release from jail last month, Roger Alvarado, a repeated stalker of Taylor Swift, was seen once again breaking into the singer’s home in Tribeca. Alvarado was caught “scowling” for the cameras on Thursday around 2:20 a.m., and was brought to Manhattan criminal court for stalking, burglary, and felony for violating an order of protection. A police source told Page Six Alvarado had used a construction ladder to climb onto a connecting building on Leonard Street, before smashing a a glass door on Swift’s second-floor balcony with a brick, which triggered a security alarm. Here’s hoping Taylor can shake him off.
