Michelle Williams’ major acting role was on “Dawson’s Creek,” and even while the show was still running, Williams was being cast in films. It seems directors (she’s worked with Wim Wenders, Ang Lee, and Martin Scorsese, among others) recognized her ever-evolving talent from the start.
