The young director’s plays have collectively garnered 11 Tony Award nominations, and he has collaborated with everyone from Pee-wee Herman to David Byrne to Kermit the Frog. Timbers’ latest directorial project is The Public Theater’s free Shakespeare in the Park production of Love’s Labour’s Lost.
