Stockholm Fashion Week SS 2014

BACK: Ann-Sofie Back is Stockholm fashion week's resident badass. Her down-market line, BACK, depicted the same nonchalant, "I don't give a shit" attitude we've come to love from the designer. Off the runway, the designer's "Back for Good" t-shirts from last season were a street style favorite.

Carin Wester: We adored the slick '80s hair and shiny models that came down the runway at Carin Wester. The designer took inspiration from a grittier sort of street style. "I found inspiration on the train," she says. "The cute people who come on playing accordions always have such fantastic color and mixes of clothing."

House of Dagmar: It comes as little surprise that the effortless cool pieces that came down the runway at House of Dagmar were inspired by Stockholm street style. Specifically, the collection took cues from a book by artist Rebecka Bebben Andersson, who illustrated a book that maps out which Stockholm neighborhoods present an element of danger.

Whyred: Designer Roland Hjort took the covetable prints featured on the runway this season from a place close to his heart. "My grandfather is quite a famous Swedish painter," he says. "We took it directly from a canvas painting I have at home from the '50s."
