The Best and Worst Looks of the People's Choice Awards

WORST: Johnny Depp

Remember the days of Johnny and Kate (that would be Moss)? Well, hotness-squared no more. Johnny's looking more like a homeless person than a heartthrob. That hair! Oy, the split ends. He needs a moisturizing mask, stat.

BEST: KHLOE KARDASHIAN

Loving the strawberry-blonde locks!  It's a vast change from the dark hue she usually sports—and it's not as harsh against her skin. She looks fun, flirty, and age-appropriate.

BEST: Mila Kunis

An exaggerated side part and pencil-straight strands look fabulous on the starlet. The sultry khaki eye matches her J. Mendel dress—a coincidence? We think not.

BEST: Katy Perry

We always expect something "out of the box" when it comes to Ms. Perry, and once again, she delivers. Loving the curlicue tendrils. Matching her lavender lippy to her dress is simply a bonus. Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Look!

BEST: Natalie Portman

The baby glow does her well. Natalie exudes that true starlet vibe. I'm feeling a little Grace Kelly, old Hollywood glam thing going on. The Jason Wu dress, the hair pulled back into a loose chignon, the dark eyes and light lips—perfection!

WORST: Taylor Swift

What happened to the straight strands and blunt bangs we so loved on the adult version of T.S.? Unfortunately, looks like she's back to her prom-queen inspiration, with coiffed hair and beauty-pageant makeup. Better luck next time!

WORST: Ashley Tisdale

While Kristen Stewart could use a spray tan, Ashley Tisdale should step away from the products! She's like an orange confection. And that hairdo just isn't working. Confidential to Ashley: you're young and fun; wear your hair accordingly!

WORST: Leighton Meester

Oh, Leighton, what have you done with our beloved Blair Waldorf? This look is boring—as in, not sexy in the slightest. And her hair appears limp.
