Lipps Service: Independents’ Day
In our Friday feature, Lipps Service, One Model Management owner Scott Lipps shares photos from his fabulous life with us once a week, right here. This week, Scott left The Cools’ Jamborée just in time to make the Muse magazine party for Candice Swanepoel, with guests like Tyson Beckford. Then Scott did some art exploration, checking out the latest at The Hole gallery (and taking a couple of pics too explicit to publish here). In an attempt to find some shade in the 95-degree weather, he stopped by the James Hotel, joining a mere 200 other people sitting around the same small pool—but that’s New York for you! Then came shopping with Jake Hoffman and dinner with some of Scott’s boys from Green Day and Paz de la Huerta. Next up, the amazing Smorgasburg Food Festival in Brooklyn and a day trip to check out Governors’ Island. Then it was back to work: Scott shot a Vogue Italia video in which he interviewed, and went vintage shopping with, Theophilus London, and did a few more model shoots and dinner with Vs. magazine, and coffee with Aerosmith’s Russ Irwin. Happy fourth (and fifth and sixth)!
