Scott Lipps is a busy man: as the owner of One Model Management, which represents such esteemed ladies as Bar Rafaeli, Helena Christensen, Iman, and—as of this week!—Selita Ebanks, he works in a 24-hour-a-day industry. Thank goodness for him, then, that work is such fun: hanging out with Ebanks and the rest at his office; chatting up Kate Bosworth at Coachella; getting ready for the Met Ball with Rafaeli.
