The Sunset Strip met the Sunshine Cinema last night as a bevy of actors, models, and real-life rockers descended upon the East Village theater for the New York premiere of Warner Bros.' Rock of Ages. Leading the festivities were director Adam Shankman, making his second foray into the world of Broadway-to-film adaptations following 2007's Hairspray remake, and triple-threat actress Julianne Hough, whose newly minted star shined as brightly off-screen as on.
Other notable guests at the event included Padma Lakshi, Dylan Lauren, jewelry designer Ann Dexter-Jones, actors John Waters, Norman Reedis, Savannah Wise, and Aleksa Palladino, and musicians Sean Lennon, Bosco Delrey, Mick Jones, and Rob Thomas.
