MOCA's 30th Anniversary Gala

“Gaga is one of the Nijinskys of our epoch,” said Francesco Vezzoli of his chosen partner as entertainment for MOCA's gala. The museum has a history of bringing high-profile artists in to intervene into the bourgeois ritual of the institutional fundraiser; two years they had Takashi Murakami. But he didn't have a Damien Hirst piano.
