Out of the ashes of PM on Gansevoort rises not a phoenix, but Griffin. Sting, Nas, Tony Shafrazi, Andres Serrano all took in the oversized chandelier emanating from the giant framed-mirror ceiling, the VIP balcony, and the blue velvet banquettes.
