Artist Domingo Zapata unveiled his never before seen digital art installation, "The Love of My Life is in Paris," at the newly opened SLS Hotel South Beach on December 7th, 2012 during Art Basel Miami Beach.

Original paintings were transformed into discretely animated digital art pieces. Displayed on gold framed flat screens were such artworks as a curious Mona Lisa "sticking out her tongue" and a colorful "smoking" rhino.  A heard of life-sized neon painted tiger sculptures lined the pool (which sold immediately for $60,000 a piece) and guarded the entrance, which held back 1,000 high-hoped people waiting to join the VIP poolside guest list that included such faces as Miami Heat player Juwan Howard, NFL's Jeremy Shockey and celebs Jeremy Piven, Adrian Grenier, Lance Bass and Damien Hirst.
