Last night, the Young Friends of the ASPCA–along with the requisite four-legged contingent–gathered in Chelsea for their annual It's Raining Shelter Cats and Dogs benefit. Notables included Scott Rudin, Bai Ling, Fabiola Beracasa, the band Your Vegas, and Brooklyn Decker (wife to Andy Roddick), the evening's honorary chairwoman.
