It's a jungle out there, of course, an axiom that proved particularly true last night at the safari-themed Museum Dance, the annual benefit gala of the American Museum of Natural History, sponsosed by Lilly Pulitzer, who dotted the museum's chambers with a very not camouflaged polka dot fabric. The party was hosted by Fabiola Beracasa (via remote, apparently, as she was in Chicago as part of Derek Blasberg's traveling book party, another type of safari), Dana Wallach Jones, Michael T.M. Jones, Tinsley Mortimer, and Ivanka Kushner. The museum's dioramas evidently make great postcard backdrops.—REBECCA HARRINGTON
