Last night, The Whitney Museum of American Art hosted its annual Gala and Studio Party, co-chaired by Michael Avedon, Kyle DeWoody, Dree Hemingway, Matthew Day Jackson, Jon Neidich and Ben Watts. After dinner, guests created their own digital art using interactive screens surrounding the dance floor as Nate Lowman and Sennennes spun a mix of throwback tunes at the DJ booth. A photobooth captured fun photos of the guests that were then displayed in the living gallery installation, created out of Surface tablets. Sponsors included Microsoft and Pamella Roland.
Notable guests included honorary co-chair Pamella Roland, Hannah Bronfman, Thakoon Panichgul, Timo Weiland, Klaus Biesenbach, Beth Rudin DeWoody, Zani Guglemann, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin and KAWS.
