It takes a lot to hold up a party at the Bowery Hotel hosted by Alexa Chung (with sponsorship by Ann Taylor LOFT) and a performance by Brooklyn band Ra Ra Riot. But not that much: Alexis Bledel was having dinner in the same venue, which went late and delayed all the events at the hotel.
