Girls, Girls, Girls at LOVE Mag and Longchamp Party

Last night, iconic French brand Longchamp joined Love Magazine to celebrate the release of their limited edition LOVE bag, in honor of the magazine's "Gorgeous" issue. Representing the gorgeous in person were Alessandra Ambrosio, Uma Thurman, and Audrey Marnay. Among other candy-colored clutches, satchels and handbags, the limited edition Love bag was highlighted, with a pink leather handle and the magazine's cheeky logo on the side.

Long known for their classic staples, Longchamp has been shifting into unfamiliar territory recently with a ready-to-wear line, but art director Sophie Delafontaine isn't worried about change: "I think our products, our stores are changing and moving. I can say that now we are really part of the fashion world.  [We] have this French touch, but with a modern identity," she said. PHOTO, LEFT: PATRICK DEMARCHELIER AND SOPHIE DELAFONTAINE.

Surrounding the crowd were the eight covers of the "Gorgeous" issue, each with a distinctive cover model, including Gisele Bündchen as "The Bombshell" and Agyness Deyn as "The Rebel." Looking out over the scene, Delafontaine remarked on the different archetypes being celebrated as gorgeous. "To be a woman is gorgeous. We are many personalities—we are working, we are traveling, we are fashion. Today it's only the woman who can do all those things." Model Ajak Deng, minimalist in a black Calvin Klein dress, also remarked on the party's theme.  "I think what I find gorgeous in woman is a woman being herself and being confident and knowing she's beautiful." Fellow model Egle Tvirbutaite told a franker take: "Well, women have better bodies than men!"
