Most 17-year-olds are heading back to school this week, but Taylor Momsen is heading back to the  Gossip Girl set in New York. Designer Isaac Mizrahi, who will be lending his talents to the upcoming season of the show, was also on hand (Momsen's dress, however, was Emilio Pucci).
