Like many things in American culture, the tour collaboration of Gang Gang Dance, Hex Message, and Mike Bones ended in Detroit. Here's the second party of their diary, which we've been tracing all the way from Philadelphia.

Andrew Kuo is one-quarter of the New York band Hex Message, on tour with Gang Gang Dance on seven dates throughout the great American Northeast and Midwest. They (Dan Hougland of Excepter, Abigail Portner of Rings, Pascal Spengemann of the Taxter and Spengemann Gallery) are doing so with the support of "a lot of people trying to dance, with not so much success" and ride in tourmate Mike Bones' station wagon. You can catch Hex Message tonight in Philadelphia at Kung Fu Necktie, or on the local freeways , racing Gang Gang Dance's van.
Doors open at 8 PM. Kung Fu Necktie is located at 1248 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA.
