If Bernd and Hilla Becher had bothered to look inside the industrial buildings they photographed, what might they have found? New York-based photographer Genevieve Hanson shoots the interiors of silos for light and texture, with little apparent interest in the landscape or the farmers living just outside of their cylindrical hulls.  Hanson's project began near her family's homes in Minnesota and Wisconsin by way of an antique Toyo Super Graphic camera, but "Inside Up," her first solo exhibition at new York's Half Gallery, features picturesque silo ceilings from New York State and Maine, as well as directly from the Midwest.  They're like American portraits of light and rust.
